My mental health is greatly linked to my physical wellness, so I try to prioritize daily walks, weight lifting (very new to me), and food that gives me energy and joy. As a mom to four kids, I find it really important to include moments of quiet and stillness in my day. I love a weekly date night, music, audiobooks, and lots of outside play and sunshine. I am learning to prioritize myself and to say no to things that I would love to do but stretch me too thin at the moment.

I have grew up in three European countries as well as Idaho and Utah. It helped make me a well-rounded person. I caught the travel bug as a military brat and love to explore new places often. I enjoy lifting weights, playing the piano, writing, cooking, and playing cards with my family. On the weekends, you can find me rummaging through estate sales for gorgeous vintage treasures.

Some of my hobbies include paddleboarding and kayaking, baking, trying new and unique menu items and restaurants, and reading books with my kids. I love big dogs and have a giant furry friend named Wally who weighs about the same as I do.

My Philosophy

"I aim to help my clients give grace and love to their past selves, acceptance and pride in their current selves, and hope for their futures selves. We are all capable of change and have the power within us to do hard things as well as experience joy. I use a strength-based approach to support clients in discovering what serves and empowers them personally and in letting go of ideas and habits that no longer serve them. "
