As a dedicated mental health professional, I believe that maintaining our own well-being is essential to helping others. I do this by prioritizing consistent sleep patterns, understanding that quality rest is foundational to emotional resilience and cognitive clarity. Regular exercise is another cornerstone of my self-care routine; it not only boosts my mood but also enhances my overall physical health. I also cherish the time spent with friends and family, recognizing the importance of social connections in nurturing our mental health. By focusing on these key areas, I strive to model a holistic approach to wellness for my clients, encouraging them to find their own paths to mental and emotional well-being.

As a therapist, I believe in the importance of balance and joy in life, which I find in my own diverse range of hobbies. Whether I’m carving through fresh powder on the slopes while skiing, exploring new trails during a hike, or enjoying a peaceful long walk, nature rejuvenates my spirit and inspires my work. I’m passionate about trying new foods and cooking, often experimenting with recipes that reflect my travels. There’s something magical about sharing a meal with others, which I believe can foster connection and healing. My adventures often take me to beautiful Bear Lake, a special place where I recharge and reflect. And of course, who can resist a late-night Taco Bell run? It’s these little indulgences and spontaneous moments that remind me of the joy in everyday life.

My Philosophy

"I believe that we all need a little help sometimes. My mission is to create an empathetic space where you can feel safe to process your experiences and work towards improving your life. I focus on a systemic approach to therapy, understanding that our family cycles and histories play a crucial role in shaping who we are. By exploring these dynamics, we can uncover patterns and insights that lead to healing and growth. Together, we’ll navigate your journey, fostering resilience and self-discovery. I’m here to support you every step of the way as we work toward a more fulfilling life. You don’t have to face your challenges alone—let’s embark on this journey together."
